Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. General Cancellation Terms

    • 90% refund for cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the travel date
    • 50% refund for cancellations made 7–14 days before travel
    • No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date
  2. Cancellation Procedure

    • Provide your booking ID and reason for cancellation.
  3. Non-Refundable Services

    Some services are non-refundable, including:

    • Visa application and processing fees
    • Hotel or flight bookings labeled as “non-refundable”
    • Travel insurance premiums once issued
  4. Refund Processing

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
    • Processing time is 7–10 business days
    • Bank/transaction fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refunded amount
  5. Modifications to Bookings

    Name corrections, date changes, and itinerary adjustments are allowed in accordance with vendor policies and may be subject to charges

  6. Force Majeure

    In the event of unavoidable events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.), refunds will be handled as per the discretion of individual service providers and applicable policies.
